Ordering Process

Step 1

Contact us to discuss your potential order or complete our "request a quote" form. We will give you an immediate quotation and a delivery time. Then you can discuss your design idea with our design team e.g. your club colours, sponsors, logos or maybe whether you just want to duplicate your existing design with minor alterations.

Step 2

We will then email you an image of your kit design.

Step 3

When you are content with the design, we will send you sample clothing for sizing purposes. A full deposit is requested for these which will be refunded on return of items to Velotec within the standard 14 day turnaround time.

Step 4

Once you are content with the final design, which is your responsibility to check one last time before going to production, you can place your order with us by e-mail.

Step 5

We will then send you a detailed Invoice of your order. The deposit is 50% of the order value. (Unless you have availed of our club members online portal)

Step 6

No order will be placed with our suppliers until this deposit is paid. The balance will be due when we get confirmation that your order is ready for shipping. We can accept payment by Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card. If payments are made by cheque there may be some delay with postage or while your cheque clears through our Bank.

Step 7

Your personalised clothing will then be sent directly from the factory to your address.
