Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are now expanding our team and seeking a talented individual to join us as a Graphic Designer & Production Manager.

Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer & Production Manager at Velotec, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and managing the production process to ensure the timely delivery of custom cycling clothing orders. This dual-role requires a creative mind for design and an organized approach to production management.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Designer:

  1. Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, logos, and illustrations for custom cycling apparel.
  2. Taking customer briefs from inception to completion, generating artwork for clubs, and fulfilling custom orders.
  3. Transferring artwork to our templates
  4. Working with clients to colour match designs to ensure kit matches clients brief and order is approved as efficiently as possible
  5. Implementing 3D visuals
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design elements into our products.

Orders Manager:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end production process of custom cycling clothing orders.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to maintain strong relationships
  3. Monitor and track production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of orders.

Qualifications and/or Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work.
  3. Previous experience in production management, preferably in the sports apparel  or cycling industry.
  4. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  5. Experience using Marvelous 3D design
  6. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  4. Effective communication skills.
