Custom PRO Aero Speedsuit

Our experienced graphic design team is here to help you turn your ideas and vision into reality, whether it be a one off custom speedsuit, a small order for you and your friends or a large club order. 

No single order or design is the same and as such our designers take pride in their work, striving to provide you with the best end results. 

Our design/setup service fee is a bundling of services offered by our design team. Naturally this fee covers the design of all garments being ordered, and further it ensures the correct placement of designs and logos on our own Velotec clothing templates. As such copying/replicating other designs provided to us will still incur this fee.

Usually our designers will do anywhere from 1 to 5 design revisions depending on each clients needs. However, if design changes/revisions become excessive or overly complex we may apply an additional €30 charge. This charge will apply to orders both above and below the €2000 threshold. 

Processing

All orders are processed from within the European Union. Either in Girona, Spain or from Galway, Ireland. 

Custom items do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on size of the order, delivery location and urgency. 

Once the custom order is ready for shipping you will be notified via email with tracking details provided. 

Shipping

Custom orders are usually shipped with either FedEX or DHL, depending on country of delivery. 

FEDEX Economy

UK and Europe - Approximately 3 to 5 Business days. 

United States and Canada - Approximately 3 to 5 business days. 

FEDEX Express

UK and Europe - Approximately 1 to 3 Business days.

United States and Canada - Approximately 2 to 3 business days. 

Rest of the world -  Approximately 3 to 6 Business days

DHL Express

UK and Europe - 1 to 2 Business days (Usually 1)

Rest of the world -  Approximately 3 to 6 Business days

Due to the personalised/bespoke nature of a custom order we are not able to accept returns on items after order confirmation. 

Any product issues or discrepancies should be communicated directly via email or web contact form within 10 days of receiving items.
