Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of Velotec products are correct. The colours shown on designs are a very close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colours may occur due to different screen resolutions and browsers
Velotec is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us.
Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.
We ship with either DPD overland or by air DHL / TNT. We delivery directly from our production facility to your address. You must supply us with a correct address and contact details for delivery courier. We do not accept responsibility for any goods lost or delayed in transit. We will however do everything we can to make sure you get your goods on time.
Samples must be returned before an order can be processed, otherwise they will be added to the invoice for the overall order. The invoice will be amended upon their return.
